Participatory Action Research

Living in a world that is constantly changing, forces us to change as well. We use Participatory Action Research (PAR) as the methodology for developing the program and its elements; measuring the impact of our participants abroad, and understand their personal development.

By learning to use the tools of PAR, we become more aware of our surroundings, our relations to each other, our own development and how to get a bigger impact from our actions. This process is an important experience for our participants to bring with them further into their humanitarian careers as it boosts their understanding of how we create change together with our fellow humans.

Our hypothesis is:

It is possible, by a training program that includes extensive international and national practice to transform the participants. In essence making them better and more capable people while at the same time improving the world we live in.
